Welcome to my site. My name is Carlos Perez and I’m a Colorado-based software developer. I have been developing software since getting my degree in computer science in the mid 80’s. I specialize in developing inter-operable software in Linux and Windows using .Net (C#), Java, and the PHP LAMP stack. Recently I have been providing expert testimony and technical reports in matters related to software patent licensing and litigation.
